“Good job Esmee.
But… Why is ‘O Holy night’ only here on Vevo! What about sharing it with the 245000 subsribers on Esmee’s own YT channel? This one only has 76 LOL!
Also, the setting with the advertisement board behind her doesn’t suit a song like this. It takes every bit of credibility away. ”

It seems all artists wil be on VEVO soon. Even of the indie record labels, but I agree it does not works well at the moment. I hope this own VEVO-Youtube channel is a temporary thing and that they can change the VEVO videos to Esmee’s own channel soon without lose of views.

Oh help, according this article indeed. If so, they need to start promotion right away, because I don’t think anyone (except us now), knows this and it takes some time to let everyone know.

Justin Timberlake’s protege Esmee Denters was found on YouTube when she started posting videos of covers and was soon an Internet phenomenon. Tiberlake himself discovered her talent when she covered his hit song What Goes Around…/…Comes Around and was quickly signed to Tiberlake’s label Tenman Records. Esmee has found much success in her native country Netherlands, and her debut album Outta Here will finally be released in the US and the UK. In the US, her album will be released on January 12th and 11th in the UK. In the UK, Esmee has found a bit more success. There need to be soon work somebody with some technical knowledge on her Youtube page. Because it looks kinda amateurical now. Look at the page of Lady Gaga. All her vids are VEVO ones, but with no loose of views, comments, subscribers, etc.

This is kinda sad and not good for her image :( .

Lady Gaga, links everything to her VEVO channel as well. Esmee has the problem that she is very much in progress to make the step from YouTube star to popstar. These new things from the record labels like location restrictions and VEVO are not helping then. And we have to blame someone who is 31 year old for the lose of views with the Outta Here video (according the EsmeeDentersVEVO channel) :P

Yeah, I hope they improve it soon. Do you really think that they will release the album 12 January 2010 in the US? 11 January 2010 in the UK, I understand. It was about time, but in the US? And no US promotion at all so far for it, not even on the internet. They should know now that it takes some time before everyone knows about the release. Esmée is doing the right thing now with her twitter for the Admit It release, just mentioning it daily till the release.

I do think that admit it song really is a song for the Uk. Dont know for sure that Esmee wil get her big break in the Usa that will take a couple of years.
Esmee didnt talk about Us only what is going to happen in the Uk with promotion stuff.
I think the focus is going to be in the Uk so that she can have her own show.
Cause promotion and everything cost alot you can really see that theire is not big budget for music video’s.

So Esmee only uploads video’s on vevo know and she did put up on her own channel but with no sound so that everyone will go to her vevo site.

I think that Outta Here album will not released in USA in 11th Jan, because Esmée haven’t a lot fans there so far.
I think in January, she will go again in UK to promote your album, performing in TV programs and after she’ll go to USA.

I think Esmee needs to enhance her show a little more in the future. Her vocal ability and coordination with her band is well stabilized by now. That is why I always believe that Esmee needs to learn dancing as much as she can do. Lady gaga has given us very interesting shows and, moreover, she is a bit crazy on the stage :). Finally, she has got her fame. So, be creative. Try to talk to JT about how to improve the show. I think JT is quite good at arranging the show. Don’t be shy. Just go for it.
