Esmee Denters ‘pretty overwhelmed’ meeting Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake’s protege Esmee Denters said it was “pretty overwhelming” to meet him for the first time.
The Dutch singer was only 17 when Timberlake, 28, spotted a YouTube video of her. He has since signed her to his Tennman label and worked with her on debut album Outta Here.
Talking about the first meeting, Denters said to the UK’s Star magazine: “It was pretty overwhelming! Luckily there was a piano in the room so I just ran to it and started playing!”
Denters has also toured with Enrique Iglesias and Ne-Yo, and she has revealed who she would kiss out of the three hunky guys.
She said: “If I had to pick one, it would be Enrique. Apart from being gorgeous and having the whole Latin vibe going, he’s just such a sweet guy.”

She’s the 20 year old YouTube sensation and she’s destined for big time stardom as she was signed up by Justin Timberlake’s record label.
Esmee is the most watched person on YouTube EVER, even more than Susan Boyle!!!
Her first UK single “Outta Here” is due to chart at the end of this week.
Anyway here she is earlier in the week at BBC Radio 1, and even though she’s dressed totally casual, we think she still looks stunning.

Just like yesterday lol… Haha XD Woot, go Esmee I watched the UK top 40 charts on TMF and it was so weird to see her name up there at no.7, it was almost like seeing a friend or myself (Bah… I know I’m weird…) Yeah so I predict that she will either climb up those charts while shes hit them , or fall to no.9. Oh and I’m no hater, just someone who isnt complete freakishly positive :D Haha no saying thats a bad thing lol…

She was #37 in the UK airplay charts last week, so a lot can improve in that area but that takes more than 1 week. So I think she will drop this week and maybe go up again next week if she gets more airplay.

Yeah, it is interesting because they use to update their twitter accounts a lot. But maybe they are just on holiday. Or they celebrated their first hit and got so drunk that they are still recovering :P

@MR & Gerard (funny, I understood most of what Gerard wrote). Hopefully they’re all busy working on a U.S. tour. There’s allot of tours going on right now and hopefully they can team Esmee up with one. She really needs it to show her talent over here. But, they have been strangely quiet.

It would be cool if she can do a US tour. It will probably take some time before she get a bit more famous/popular in the US. Only a very very very few European artists have been succesful in the US in the past, so I am curious how she will do in the States. It will not be easy.

Hmmmm, JT just announced the performers at this years Shriner’s benefit concert in October…”This year, the performance will include Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Ciara and TLC.” No mention of Esmee.

According the press release “additional performers may be added in the near future”. But maybe she has already other things to do that day. She is at least till begin september in Europe. Looks like a festival for families and with lots of delicious food, last year 110.000 visitors in two days. Guess we can expect some other food tweets from Esmee in the near future :P They always make me hungry lol. The concert is sponsored by radio station WSTW. I think Esmee visited them as well during the US radio promo tour. Anyway, if the record label somehow manages to get her as support act on a US tour of a big artist in september/october, there are a few choices. Big pop/R&B US artists on tour are: Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, P!nk and Taylor Swift. Could not found more, but probably more big artists on tour in september/october. Hmmm… Pink seems to be the more logical choice of these 4, but her record label is Sony. But then maybe Esmee will just going to tour herself and visited more festivals like this Mushroom Festival. We will see!

Huh.. is admit it already in top40 in the netherlands? Can’t wait for her music video.. I think she is looking gorgeous in her next music video xx

Yeah, I also look forward to the Admit It video. Probably a story like Esmee at a party/walking on street and a hot guy is staring at her all the time. Maybe at the very end of the video he finally walks to her. Soemthing like that :D Should not be difficult to make a nice music video for this single.

I think the party for Esmee tonight is from this company http://www.aab-international.com/. The company brings international talent and brands/campaigns together. Probably also the reason why she got some D&G and River Island gear today. Will be really cool if she will model for some of global brands.
