well, i did look on a website that has the releases of new albums that are coming out and in the month march ,esmee is not on it. Maybe it’s deladed because kelly clarkson is coming out in march with her album??? And i think her record company want a big hit album so theire can’t be any competion with artist who are already have a hug fanbase.
I am just guessing too like Hannah.
And what i dont understand is her album is already done so why not an official date of release ?
But it does look like she is preparing herself for performing like going to the gym and dance rehearsel. But it would have been nice if she put up a youtube video but i guess the record company is not letting her do that. I don’t believe it is coming from here.
But it is taking a long time of waiting.

Hey, Believe me. If Timberlakes group was realeasing anything it would be all over the place…She has been dead ended with these guys. Its such a shame for her. She has all the talents just not a good agent. Timerlake the big deal? Has he done anything for any other artist? No he has not or will he, he used her for his Northern Tour(which was way below expectations), then what happened? I’ll tell you.. He just moved on. its not that JT doesnt care about her. there is alot of artist development, things behind the scene at the label.

well they did say in a interview that she signed a good contract. the recordcompany is obligated to release her album.
But LIA what do you mean by things behind the scene ?? is the company is falling apart?

And Esmee is doing a lot of ads. Maybe that is taking time away from her? Anyway she needs to stay focused on her ALBUM.
So far, she only has 4 heard songs off her new album. Crazy Place, Follow My Lad, Rescue Me, and Gravity ( which I am still waiting for her first MTV performance, lol).

no, i don’t think the companies falling apart, but interscope is a big label with a lot of artists signed to it and theres been a big merger there recentley.

They should at least give us more info on what is happening.
Keeps us from speculating.

I really want to hear more songs and SEE MORE VIDEOS. We can’t wait forever.

She isn’t online for 2 days on Youtube

I understand one would like to see more songs but once they are on Ytube it’s food for pirates, so that would be unwise in these times of crisis. I’m not sure if there are still things in progress. I gather from watching the Ytube live videos that Esmée and JT are still busy selecting the best songs for the album and that there is a core of ten songs Esmée is satisfied with. Could be that some new ideas has been popping up lately – we live in epic and inspiring times so who knows. Not Esmée but management is to blame if there is an disalignment between expectations and actual productive outcome. Competition and the state of the economy could be factors affecting the launch of her album. I’m not sure, let’s hope the album is worth the wait as Esmée told us.

Indeed that’s what she told us, however the Ytube live videos were shot later. In the one filmed backstage she had a conversation with Wil.I.Am telling him that the album was due March, but she also mentioned that there was still some indecision about which songs would make the final cut.

Yeah she told that in a youtube video that her album was done and that she was giving little prefious of the songs of her album and that she would show the videoshoot in the next youtube video. And after 2 days it was deleded.
But will wait and see.
I will still stay positive but i don’t think it is going to happen anymore

so u think she wont release her album anymore?? i dont think so…maybe it`ll come later but it WILL come…look at that chick dondria, her album is also delayed but she said its definitely coming out!

EsmeeZone stopped because of hosting problems. They are putting it back up but it’s taking a while.

Yeah musicbuff, finally some discussions going on like in the good ol’ esmeezone days.

Yea, just like the old days. We had much more to discuss back then. I don’t really know what’s going down with Esmee. I do know that now is not a very good time to release a record. People are going to spend their money on essentials instead of a CD or a concert. I sincerely hope for her sake this whole thing turns out well for her.
And yes Musicbuff, I am settling in to watch the Superbowl and eat copious amounts of junk food and down a few cold beverages of my choice :=) Jennifer Hudson is singing our National Anthem. Maybe Esmee will sing it next year. (a very difficult song to sing).

In my opinion it all does take too long.. and like someone else said, aren’t there just 10 minutes of free time to write a blog or something? It would be sad if the management would even control her blogs. I hope things are still working out for her.. but we will see what happens.
