Get excited everyone! Last night Esmée and 17 Cosmetics released their collaboration video “It’s Summer Because We Say So“. 17 Cosmetics collaborate with ‘up and coming bands, to write songs inspired by our make-up. With every new product they will release a new “17 make up song” and Esmée is featured for their new product. You can watch the video below, it’s a really catchy summer song, and it’s so good to finally see and hear new music of Esmée!

I am in the middle of my finals, if everything goes well I will graduate next month and go to University in September. So really exciting but also busy times for me. That’s the major reason why I haven’t updated as much as normal, but I am currently working on a big surprise for the site. We will be bigger and better then ever so be sure to stay tuned! Esmée attended the FHM 100 Sexiest Women In The World 2012 party in London yesterday eve. You can find a preview of the first two photos of her at the red carpet below. We will try to add a full set of photos asap!

Esmée just tweeted she finished rehearsals for her duet with artist Jeremy Passion. Jeremy was discovered by Youtube as well. Esmée and Jeremy tweet each other sometimes, so we wonder if this means they recorded/wrote a duet together or that Esmée is just joining Jeremy for one of his shows. I guess time will tell!

Esmée made a TV Appearance, her first one in quite a long time, yesterday in the dutch television show Ik hou van Holland (I love Holland). It’s one of the biggest dutch game shows. She already pre-recorded her appearance in February, but her episode finally aired yesterday in the Netherlands.

Esmée was part of Team Jeroen, and they won! During her introduction in the beginning Esmée mentioned that “Screaming Out Loud” is the working title of her upcoming second album, so we expect that the title will chance! She also said she recently filmed the music video for her first single “City Lights“. We think Esmée did a good job last night, it was so fun to see her on screen again!

Fun fact: Esmée Denters was a world wide trending topic last night. She also released the acoustic version of “City Lights” yesterday.

Esmée released the first still of her upcoming “City Lights” music video recently. We added the still in our gallery. It looks promising! Esmée in the dark, with the london city lights in the background. She filmed the music video earlier this year and we hope it will be released soon!
